Welcome to Patients' Choice Medical Center of Erin, TN

Patients' Choice Medical Center of Erin,TN is located in Erin, Tennessee (Houston County).  Rich in history and proud of its Irish heritage, Erin is conveniently located an hour and a half north west of Nashville and 30 minutes south west of Clarksville. 

PCMC-Erin, formerly Trinity Hospital, was originally opened on June 19, 1969, as a primary care hospital. With active primary care physicians, this role continues for its primary service area covering Houston / Stewart Counties and the surrounding communities. It was the first hospital built by the HCA Corporation.  In November 2008, the hospital was purchased by Rural Healthcare Developers, Inc., and was named Patients' Choice Medical Center of Erin, TN.

PCMC-Erin has earned the The Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval. The hospital was cited as a Top 100 Hospital by Solucient in 1997, 2002, and again for 2005!
